Jeff Kilpatrick is Principal with The Innova Group. He has more than 20 years of experience as a hospital executive and advisor to healthcare leaders nationwide. He counsels organizations on strategic planning, program planning and partnerships. Jeff has advised on some of the country’s largest, transformative healthcare partnerships, as well as numerous initiatives focused on building and optimizing specific service lines. Jeff has extensive leadership expertise in healthcare program and system strategic planning, partnership and diligence activities, and service line administration. Prior to the Innova Group, he was a Managing Director at Kaufman Hall. He previously served as Vice President of Clinical Programs for Loyola University Medical Center, Vice President of Strategy and Planning at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and as a planning executive at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Jeff holds an M.B.A. and Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan.
